As an independent consultant, Didier Bailleux lends his services to companies or public authorities which have projects in the creation and development of audiovisual services.
He was actively involved in the creation of several television channels: Canal J, Voyage and Pathé Sport before he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the last two. Then as an independent consultant, he worked for many groups on different development projects such as TNT, IPTV, local television and VOD.
A true expert in VOD, Didier acted as a consultant at the very beginning of the first VOD services. In 2002 he took part in the development of Moviesystem, a French pioneer company in VOD. In 2003, he was also one of the makers of ‘Zooloo Kids’, a company gathering several French producers of animation who put in common their catalogues for their VOD exploitation. Didier Bailleux is now the President of Zooloo Kids which has just launched new services : Free VOD, subscriptions…
