Mathieu Prud’homme is the head of the “Internet litigation” department within the “Electronic Communications” division of Alain Bensoussan, law Firm which comprises the “Internet”, “Telecoms”, “Security of Information Systems”, “Privacy & Data Protection” and “IT Public Law” departments. He is the author of several articles dedicated to Internet and multimedia law. Member of Cyberlex, he is also a lecturer at the Institut Supérieur d’Informatique Appliquée.
