Christian Reimsbach-Kounatze is a consultant at the Directorate for Science, Technology and Industry of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He is the author of the OECD report "Towards Green ICT Strategies: Assessing Policies and Programmes on ICT and the Environment". Christian holds a bachelor in economic engineering and a Diploma in Information Engineering and Management (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). Before joining the OECD, he worked as a researcher at the Institute for Information & Market Engineering (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) and at SAP Research, Karlsruhe on topics related to Peer-to-Peer systems, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and visualization.
