Dean is a highly competitive and unusually versatile strategic marketing executive, most often leading the introduction of advanced technologies and products. Over a long career as a senior executive in advertising, marketing and business development, Dean has led the launches of a wide variety of products, from IBM mainframe computers to AT&T branded telephones, Allied Fiber’s Anso nylon to Ford New Holland tractors, Atari and Sega videogame consoles, and numerous videogames, online services and application software.
In addition to serving Fortune 50 companies like AT&T, IBM and Ford, Dean has been engaged by numerous early-‐stage start-‐ups, performing the foundation market research, authoring business plans and pitch presentations, then presenting these plans with the founders to prospective investors and partners.
Most recently, Dean has been focused on introducing new approaches to synchronized second screen content and advertising, including real-‐timesocial second screen game apps for sports and reality programs that incorporate original social and entertainment experiences with personalized, localized promotional messaging on mobile devices.
