Vincent LE STRADIC
Vincent Le Stradic is a Managing Director covering the Technology & Telecom sectors at Lazard. Mr. Le Stradic is a member of the Lazard European Banking Committee, and a Board member of Lazard Frères Banque in Paris. Mr Le Stradic started his career at the French Treasury (ministry of finance).
Mr. Le Stradic has been involved in more than $400 billion of M&A transactions with a focus on the Telecom, Technology and Media sectors, and has advised inter alia the following groups: Alcatel, Altice, ARM Holdings, Assystem, Belgacom, Bouygues, British Telecom, Eutelsat, HTC, Helios Towers Africa, Iliad, Liberty Global, KPN, MTN, Orange, SES Astra, SNI/ONA, TDF, Tele2, Telefonica, Telekom Austria, Telenor, TeliaSonera, Viettel, Vivendi, Vodafone, Wind/Orascom and ZTE. Mr Le Stradic has also advised financial investors such as Alfa Group, Antin, Apax, Blackstone, BC Partners, Carlyle, Elliott, KKR, Paulson, Permira, Providence, Qatar Holding and Texas Pacific Group.
Among his various transactions, Mr. Le Stradic has advised on the largest M&A transaction to date (Vodafone/Mannesmann), the first Nasdaq/LSE IPO (ARM Holdings), the largest European de-merger (TNT Post Group/KPN), the largest M&A transactions ever in Egypt and Morocco (Vimpelcom/Orascom and SNI/ONA), and the largest western investment in Ukraine (Volia Cable).
