Béatrice Kosowski graduated from ESSEC in 1987, is President of IBM France since October 2020.
After a six years entrepreneurial experience as marketing start-up founder, Beatrice joined the IBM group in 1994. She held various senior positions, including leading Europe, Middle East and Africa Software Sales for IBM Small and Medium Business Division, President of IBM France Financement, and Vice-President of IBM Global Financing for Southern Europe. Beatrice was then appointed IBM Managing Director in charge of SNCF group before becoming General Manager of the Global Technology Services entity in France, in charge of IT services and maintenance in 2015.
As President of IBM France, Béatrice Kosowski leads all IBM activities in France. Her goal is to assist French organizations in their digital transformation supported by open and secure hybrid cloud platforms and artificial intelligence solutions.
Since 2019, Béatrice Kosowski is member of the Board of NUMEUM, member of the Strategic Orientation Council (COS) of the University of Paris-Saclay, member of the Strategic Orientation Council (COS) of Institut de l’Entreprise and member of the supervisory board of ESSEC Business School.
During a thirty years experience with IBM in France and internationally, she has developed a first-hand experience in the high-tech industry and an in-depth understanding of the challenges of business transformation in various industries.
Mother of two grown daughters, Béatrice is a leader driven by team spirit, positive Leadership, Technology Education development, diversity and Inclusion promotion. Her actions are particularly focused on women’s leadership, the inclusion of people with disabilities and neuro-diversity.
