Chairman and CEO at Inetum (Gfi), Vincent Rouaix has spent his entire career in international services groups. In 1986, he joined Logispace, a company specialized in Consulting and Information Systems, where he quickly became Chief Executive Officer and then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In 1999, Logispace joined Cognicase and he was appointed Chief Executive Office of Cognicase France. In 2001, he became Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Europe of Cognicase. In 2002, with the backing of recognized investment funds, he created the Adelior Group, which merged with Gfi in early 2006. Since May 2009, Vincent Rouaix has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Gfi Group and is leading a strategic refocusing plan to make Gfi a multi-specialist regional leader, providing its clients with a unique combination of proximity, sectoral organization and industrial quality solutions. In October 2020 Gfi became Inetum, Positive digital flow. Vincent Rouaix is a graduate of ESTP, the Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics (a specialist graduate engineering school).
