Digital regulation: OTT rules?
In a telecommunications sector in the throes of radical change, one point that is raised on a regular basis is the asymmetry of regulations governing OTT and telecoms. From a broader perspective, the emergence of more or less sector-specific online intermediation platforms creates its own set of new and complex problems for competition authorities.
